Hollywood Lakes Renovation

Exterior renovation and refacade to an existing home on the intercoastal in Hollywood Florida. The project involved maintaining the existing structural elements while converting the existing mediterranean style to modern style. A new entry feature was added and the driveway was replaced. A modern fountain, limestone planters and floating steps gave the entry a courtyard feel.
