The Landings

Located in the Landings, this project was a unique double house plan. Designed for two families, the home includes two master bedroom suites, two gourmet kitchens, dining rooms, and living rooms. Situated on a waterfront lot just off the intracoastal, the plan focused on views from nearly every room. Six bedrooms with media room, six full and two half bathrooms, office, three car garage, pool, spa, bar, elevator, rotunda entry and nearly 8,201 square feet of total area.
