WELLINGTON MODERN
Inspired by mid-century modern architecture, this home situated on ten acres in the equestrian community of Palm Beach Point is the first modern style in the area. Shifting roof planes with intersecting stone walls and large glass panels are blended in a new way to reflect clean lines. Natural materials, an internal green atrium and floating stairs over a reflecting pool are part of the entry features. The home has been raised on the lot five feet to create a floating pool deck at the rear with a dramatic corner vanishing edge that overlooks a riding arena.
